Kali ini saya akan menbahas tentang 25 Fakta Menarik MotoGP menurut saya. Berikut ke 25 fakta menariknya :

1. MotoGP pertama kali diselenggarakan pada tahun 1949 oleh FIM (Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme).

2. Pada tahun 2004, grid start dirubah jumlahnya dari 4 motor per baris menjadi 3 motor per baris.

3. Pada tahun 2007-2011, mesin yang digunakan di motor MotoGP berkapasitas 800cc.

4. Pada sejak tahun 2009, Bridgestone menjadi pemasok tunggal ban motor MotoGP.

5. Sejak tahun 2012, semua kelas di kejuaraan dunia GP sudah menggunakan mesin 4 tak atau 4 langkah.

6. GP Aragon 2014 merupakan seri ke 800 sepanjang sejarah MotoGP dan pada seri tersebut, Jorge Lorenzo keluar sebagai juara.

7. MotoGP musim 2014 diselenggarakan di 18 sirkuit di 13 negara berbeda.

8. Pada musim 2014, balapan MotoGP diisi oleh 13 team.

20. Marc Marquez menjadi pembalap termuda yang menjuarai 10 seri MotoGP secara berturut-turut (21 tahun, 174 hari).

21. Marc Marquez menjadi pembalap termuda yang menjuarai kejuaraan dunia MotoGP (20 tahun, 266 hari) pada musim 2013.

22. Ducati Team pada musim 2014 berisi 2 pembalap yaitu Andrea Dovizioso dan Cal Crutchlow.

23. Mick Doohan merupakan salah seorang legenda MotoGP dengan menjadi 5 kali juara dunia.

24. Motor yang digunakan team Repsol Honda pada musim 2014 berseri RC213V dengan tenaga lebih dari 230 HP dan kecepatan maksimum lebih dari 350 km/jam.

Pembalap MotoGP bisa kehilangan sampai 2kg cairan tubuh saat balapan dalam temperatur terpanas. Dehidrasi bisa menyebabkan respon jadi lambat, ling-lung sehingga baju balap dan helm dirancang memiliki sistem ventilasi agar pembalap tidak cepat kehilangan cairan tubuh. Baju balap juga dirancang agar bisa membawa botol minuman yang disambungkan ke helm agar bisa diminum saat balapan.

Baju balap terbuat dari kulit kanguru. Kenapa bukan kulit sapi? Ternyata kulit kanguru lebih ringan, fleksibel dan lebih kuat dibanding kulit sapi.

377 Kendaraan terjaring Operasi Zebra di Tanjung Priok

Merdeka.com - Kasat Lantas Polres Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, AKP Hasbi Ibrahim mengatakan, terdapat 377 kendaraan yang terjaring dalam Operasi Zebra yang digelar jajarannya.

Hasbi menjelaskan, dari 337 kendaraan yang ditilang itu, sebanyak 101 truk trailer dilakukan penindakan tilang teguran lantaran tidak mengenakan sabuk pengaman. Sedangkan 276 sepeda motor langsung ditilang karena tidak memiliki kelengkapan surat.

"Terhadap tilang teguran tidak ada dilakukan penyitaan apapun dari pelanggar, cuma kita peringatkan dan kami foto. Namun jika yang bersangkutan mengulanginya lagi maka langsung kita tilang," kata Hasbi kepada wartawan, Selasa (2/12).

Hasbi mengatakan, operasi digelar di beberapa titik seperti kawasan Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok dan akses masuk di Pintu Pos 1 dan Pos 8 Pelabuhan. Di sejumlah titik itu menurut Hasbi, tingkat pelanggaran lalu lintas sangat tinggi.

"Penindakan terhadap kendaraan di Pos 1 dan Pos 8 yang banyak, karena lokasi itu arus masuk kendaraan. Lokasi itu juga banyak yang melawan arus namun skala kecil saat jam kerja dan pulang kerja," kata Hasbi.
